RE: Notice of Ownership and Formal Claim of Assets
This notice serves as a formal declaration by Emmy Ann Horstkamp regarding assets, accounts, or property currently held by your institutions or firms or persons.
Under applicable laws regarding real property, trusts and asset management, I am formally asserting my right of ownership over any and all assets held in my name, or under my Social Security Number/Tax ID, or in any way organized for my benefit or using my assets without my consent and that have not been previously reconciled and in my control.
Notice to Holders:
Search Requirement: All financial institutions, including banks, investment firms, and insurance providers holding funds are requested to verify their records for any dormant, unclaimed, or active accounts associated with Emmy Ann Horstkamp, Emmy Horstkamp Sloan, Emmy Horstkamp, Sovereign Empress Emmy, Chief Emmy, Dr. Emmy Horstkamp, Dr. Emmy Ann Horstkamp and any other version of my name that may have been used to hold assets as the heir of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Guenter Frederick Horstkamp and Judith Horstkamp.
Response Method: Official correspondence regarding the status of these assets should be directed to the contact information provided below.
Verification: I am prepared to provide all necessary government-issued identification and documentation to verify my identity and finalize the transfer of said assets.

This public notice to all financial institutions and organizations. It may be supplemented by formal letters of inquiry sent directly to specific institutions but those letters are not required as it is your fiduciary duty to notify Emmy Horstkamp of the funds you are holding as of 2016.
Further administrative or legal action to recover these interests may be initiated. All resources expended to recover funds will be billed to the financial institution.
