Declaration regarding Military Bases on the Property of the Sovereign Empress Emmy Queen Ann of Engalnd & Spain

The Sovereign Empress Emmy Queen Ann of England & Spain declares all military bases from all deposed monarchies and from the Monarchies of England & Spain which are on her royal lands to be part of the Monarchy of Lago Real.   If a country has been using a military base to harm the Monarchies, they will be sued per person and entity for all offenses since 2016.
