Kingdom of Lago Real Declaration of Taxes, Duty Stamp, Mailing Stamp starting January 2026
The official post explaining why I created the Kingdom of Lagos Real.
Police and Public Services
In the above post, I stated that the Kingdom is protected by the local police. Those police and other public services for the people are paid from the funds held for Emmy Ann Horstkamp, Sovereign Empress Chief of the UnitedStates by each of the state treasuries for Emmy Ann Horstkamp.
The local police have jurisdiction to protect the citizens and to provide other services. The police are not allowed to bully or overstep their duties as officers of the law. Citizens are not allowed to bully the police protecting them. Bullying behaviour is not acceptable and within the boundaries of Lagos Real within the United States of America, the public attorney is funded to prosecute bully, mobbers and stalkers in addition to all other criminal offenses within the boundaries of Lago Real.
For democracy to work, the invesigators of crimes must be allowed to do their work without injury or cohersion. The monarchy of Lagos Real supports democracy and does not interfere with the democratic process. Queen Emmy Sovereign Empress Ann of England & Spain is a Republican and Chief of the USA. She believes in the protection of the people, the freedom of the individual and the rights of citizens and individuals. All laws of the United States will be reviewed and a Supreme court shall be appointed to domesticate the laws of the USA into the Kingdom of Lago Real.
Boundaries of the Royal City of Lago Real is Regional and is made up of military bases taken down at the end of the Monarchy Wars this year (2025).
I do not have a firm boundary yet for the full size of the country of Lago Real. The center of the Kingdom is within the city limits of Atlanta, Georgia and that is the location of the royal city. Many properties illegally built will be relocated outside the boundaries of the city. This relocation of buildings has to do with regional defense and historical preservation of the culture of Atlanta which is French, Spanish & Japanese.
No one who is a citizen of the city of Lago Real is required to pay state or federal taxes to the United States Government while living within the boundaries of the properties of the Royal City in and around Atlanta. At this time, Emmy Ann Horstkamp is the only citizen of Lago Real, a Monarchy which was born on December 1, 2025. All other persons within the boundaries of the city are currently residents. If any child was born on December 1, 2025, they will be the first citizens with dual citizenship of the USA and Lago Real.
Taxes
A local stamp tax is imposed by Emmy Ann Horstkamp on all residents in her kingdom to support the monarchy. This tax is not collected by the federal government of the United States and may be credited to the resident on their federal tax forms against the credit Emmy Ann Horstkamp has with Federal Tax Authorities - Currently a credit that will last more than 500 years.
Information about the local stamp tax will be posted in 2026 online along with the location where you must pay the tax if you are living in the boundaries of the Lago Real in the United States of America.
Titles in the Monarchy
If you have been a resident of the area for more than three generations, you may introduce yourself and offer your credentials for the granting of a local title that is for your lifetime only and may be used on your legal documents in Lago Real. The title is not associated with European titles or any title that has been taken down in the clarification of titles. The title is not over land but an honour title and there is no immunity attached to the title. A full explanation of the title will be given before being offered for acceptance. Persons applying for a title may not be intelligence officers of any nation.
A Royal Mailing Stamp
A stamp will be created that is decorative and may be added to all mail leaving Lago Real. This is not the mailing stamp.
Queen Emmy of Lago Real is using her credits to reduce your taxes and pay for services and will work with delivery services to create a postal service for Lagos real. Once the infrastructure is in place, we will have stamps and mail service from Lago Real to the Unites States. Until this system is in place, the United States Postal Service will be paid by the treasury for their delivery and pickup of mail to the residents within the boundaries of Lagos Real.
The Credit Union of the postal Service is allowed to be at all postal office within the boundaries of Lago Real and I declare the creation of the Lago Real Postal Bank system where citizens and residents may mail letters and desposit or withdraw funds.
