Mall West End | Allocation of Space for Art Studios & Gallery Spaces 

It has come to my attentino that Mall West End in Atlanta Midtown is part of the property I inherited and is within the Monarchy of Lago Real.    I declare the property allocated for artists to use for the following:


  • Gallery spaces run by Art Historian Gallerists interested in developing an art group for the Monarchy of Lago Real in Atlanta, Georgia.
  • Art Studios for artists who are willing to occupy the spaces with a lease contract.  The artist must have an active art practice and submit a portfolio of their current work created in 2024 to 2025 for review.  
  • Art Workshop spaces for artists and art teachers to provide art courses and workshops for the community and for further development for artists.
  • A Printing room for art publishing with a Risograph and other traditional printing presses.
  • A Screen printing space for artists
  • A Maker's space.
  • Digital Art gallery space for artists working with digital art pieces.  Working with Unpainted Curators from Munich, Germany for a yearly exhibition in Atlanta & Munich, Germany.
  • An installation space for artists to work on installations.

  • Monthly exhibition for one of the studio artists and one visiting artist chosen by the Curator.  The artwork will be curated to exhibit together and then be sent to another gallery space in Los Angeles and at least one other city.  The Curator will organise the curation of the artwork and the traveling exhibition.
  • Group Exhibition and regional exhibition each year.
  • An Art Newspaper that keeps track of the artwork being created in midtown and the artwork of the artists publishing current works that are for sale or that have been exhibited.
  • Yearly publication of Atlanta Artwork purchased by the Monarchy.
  • Gallery tours by the curator on a weekly or montly basis depending on the month and interest.
  • A Research library for artists and art historians with books that can be checked out to their studios only.
  • Wifi /electricity/heat/water for art.
  • Studio desk available. Storage Shelving available upon request.
  • A small kitchen w/coffee machine
  • Security during studio hours.
  • Studio hours are during office hours during the week with Security closing the space at 900pm
  • Weekend hours, the studios are open from 600 to 900pm  except during exhibition events, organized events or lecture series.
  • No assigned parking
  • A rental truck 
  • Group discount on art supplies
Not Allowed in the Space:

  • No Living on the premises. It is exclusively for commercial use.
  • No animals left on the properties or left unattended.
  • No children left unattended or allowed on the premises during school hours.
  • No Commercial cooking on the premises.
  • No Disrupting the neighbourhood.
  • No Loud music in the studio spaces 
  • No Subletting of spaces.
  • No stores in the spaces. The space is focused on artwork, art printing, maker items and exhibition of artwork.


Do I know anyone in Atlanta able to tackle this project?

Treasury of Georgia, Please create a fund where I will be able to submit invoices for this project. I also need funds set aside to pay for the art project manager and a curator at current rates in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.  The funds name is Mall West End Art Gallery Project by the Sovereign.  Please send the address to submit invoices to my mailing address in Atlanta.
