Because the monarchy war left many military bases dormant and unattended by monarchy staff, Lago Real has placed all dormant military lands into the monarchy of Lago Real.  The current Capital for Lago Real is based in Georgia and moves with the Sovereign Empress when she relocates for work.

The current location is on a former French Military base on the drained islands of Georgia.  The base has been developed into a neighbourhood and all buildings that are not marked as predatory by DaDas shall remain.

If buildings were built to be torn down for war, they are scheduled to be removed.  If buildings were built in flood zones, they will be relocated out of the area to safer ground.  If buildings are built to cover a crime by someone in the government, they are scheduled to be torn down.  If someone renovated a house with the money of the Sovereign Empress to be their "dream home" in some communist idea of monarchy, you will be allowed to move that house to your own real property somewhere else and a mortgage will be attached for the money you used to renovate the house.

If you marked houses without permission for history, the marks will be noted and placed in the monarchy archive and the properties put back into their original historical footprint.

If a property is a chess piece, it will be left to document the conflict and noted with a plaque that it is part of a chess game.  

If a property was built with private funds not associated with the monarchy or the funds held for Emmy Horstkamp, then those houses may be moved or may remain on the property with a negotiation of a leasehold on the land.

All persons within the boundaries of Lago Real must be able to pass a security clearance with the FBI / Defense departments.  This is important because of the classified data that filters through Lago Real and the global defense departments and intelligence agencies that wander around the city sorting, documenting, archiving monarchy held data.

All schools in Lago Real shall be monitored by Homeland Security. All employees of schools must pass FBI background checks.
